This project in Luton was converting a traditional Luton house (previously converted into offices) into flats and building an extension at the rear to form another two flats.

The extension needed to be sympathetically designed to reflect the character of the original house.

Flats often require car parking spaces but sites such as this near a town centre do not, as the government want to encourage the use of public transport in central locations that have good transport links.
