Our client had a fairly small master bedroom in their 4-bedroom house and approached Kingswood to design and plan a new loft extension.
As the house had a large loft area, we utilised a space on the first floor for a staircase that didn’t take away valuable floor space.
We provided architecture designs to convert the loft into a large master bedroom plus a dressing room and en-suite. We designed dormer windows at the front and rear of the house to take advantage of the excellent views over the adjoining countryside.
