This was a straightforward planning permission project for us at Kingswood Design Residential!

The planners were very happy with our architecture design, and so building work started quickly with no delays.

We needed to remove the roof from the porch and install steel beams to support the balcony.

Our client loves their new balcony which overlooks Loughton Lodge Lake, Milton Keynes; perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after work, or at the weekend and just gazing out over the lake.
