MANAGING DIRECTOR

KEVIN TODD

Kevin has been dealing with Developer, Commercial and Homeowner projects for 27 years in the Beds, Bucks and Herts area, as well as in London, and sometimes further afield.

An ex-building inspector at South Beds Council, he has an in-depth knowledge of the building regulations and planning legislation. Kevin deals mainly with Developer and Commercial projects, including new houses and flats, barn conversions, and all commercial projects, including retail, hospitals, schools and factory units.

Kevin has a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies and is an Associate Member of the Association of Building Engineers.

SENIOR DESIGNER

JOHN MAWBY

John has been with Kingswood Design Residential for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge about building regulations and planning legislation, with close relationships with local building inspectors and planning officers.

John deals mainly with homeowner projects, including house extensions, loft conversions, garages, porches, basements, etc.

Having originally trained as an engineer, John has great enthusiasm for ensuring that his designs can be built with the minimum of fuss, and as simply as possible, whilst ensuring that the end result will maximise the available space and be visually pleasing.

PRERNA KAMBOJ

Prerna is a qualified architect with a Bachelor in Architecture First Division Degree, and is registered with the Council of Architecture.

Prerna manages the throughput of design projects, but also gets involved in drawing plans for all types residential and commercial requirements, including single and double storey house extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, barn conversions, house refurbishments, kitchen/dining room extensions, new build homes and flats, commercial units, retail stores and outlets.

PRAGYA GANGWAR

Pragna is a qualified architect with a Bachelor in Architecture First Division Degree, and is registered with the Council of Architecture.

Pragna has many years experience in drawing plans for single and double storey extensions, garage conversions, new front porches, annexes, flat conversions, barn conversions, house refurbishments, kitchen/dining room extensions, new build homes and flats, commercial business premises and retail stores and outlets.

ARCHITECTURAL ADVISOR

DEREK STOKES

Our architectural advisor, Derek, regularly visits existing and potential new clients, giving them inspirational property design ideas, backed up by examples of work we have previously completed.

As part of this consultation, Derek will take measurements of any property extension requirements and provide clients with a quote for the work.

OFFICE MANAGER

TRISH STOKES

Trish joined Kingswood Design Residential in August 2018, bringing her brilliant organisational skills that she's honed over many years of working in busy sales environments.

Trish gets involved right at the start of a new instruction, as she is instrumental in the management of the project. This involves many conversations with structural engineers, planning and building control departments of various councils, as well as liaising closely with the client. Trish ensures clients are kept fully informed with the progress of their project at all times.
