• Survey & Quotation
  We will advise you of the feasibility, the costs involved and alternative options if required.
   

• Space Planning
  If you are not sure how to achieve the optimum layout, we can sketch different layouts and explain all of the options available to you. 
   

• Plans
  Our plans will show how good the flat layouts can look. We will provide full elevations and floor plans of the flats, draw sections through the building and write a full specification.
   

• Site Layouts
  Our site layouts will include footpaths, service strips, car parking, roads and landscaping - our plans will fit everything in and still maximise living accommodation.
   

• Local Councils
  We are experts at organising Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval.
   

• Progress Report
  We will be kept fully informed at each stage of the Council application.
   

• Builders
  We have a list of builders that we can happily recommend to you. By obtaining quotes for the building work from recommended builders only (e.g. from us or your family / friends) you will avoid making costly mistakes.
   

• Help & Support
  We will be available if you have any problems during your building work, through to completion.
