FLAT CONVERSIONS

A beautiful historic school in Wingrave was granted planning permission to convert it into flats.

Kingswood had to work closely with the Historic Buildings Officer at the Council to sympathetically convert the buildings into flats with modern facilities, but keeping the original features of the listed building.

We obtained permission to build an additional house on the site. We also built a large, ornate secure parking court to hide parked cars from the view of the main building.
