HOUSE EXTENSION DESIGN
Our client approached Kingswood Design Residential as they wanted to transform their modest property into a totally different category of house.
The architectural design and planning included a decent-sized indoor swimming pool, a gym, a family room, and a games room with a bar. We also extended the kitchen which included a new dining and sitting room within its new space.
As the extension is surrounded by stunning large gardens all round the site of the swimming pool, we designed large arched windows to take advantage of the views and high, vaulted ceilings to maximise the feeling of space.
The family room and the gym have a perfect view of the indoor pool through fully glazed walls, and the large windows, doors and large atrium in the roof make the kitchen / dining / family room incredibly light and airy.
