Kingswood Design Residential are specialists in new build house design.

• Site Layouts
  We provide site layouts which include roads, footpaths, service strips, car parking, landscaping - we can fit them all in and still maximise site coverage.
   

• Larger Houses
  We are experienced in designing larger houses. Our largest to date is a 5,000 sq ft dwelling which included a drawing room, library and a games room.
   

• Medium Houses
  We can help answer questions about what you should do with a property. For example, do you have an en-suite in a 2 bedroom terrace?  Should you have a study in a 3 bed semi?  At what point should you have a second en-suite? Should the kitchen be open plan to the lounge, or not? 
   

• Smaller Houses
  Although we are fully experienced in designing houses that are medium to large, we are also happy to help with smaller properties that are perfect for first homes. For example, 1 bedroom cluster homes with spiral staircases.
   

• Help & Support
  We will be available if you have any problems during your building work, through to completion.
