NEW HOUSES

This site was adjoining a conservation area and as such, Kingswood Design Residential had to work closely with the Council’s Historic Buildings Officer to find a design that was in character with the surrounding buildings.

As the proposed houses are close to existing houses that have low eaves heights, the houses have a lowered eaves line with dormer windows to provide light to the first floor bedrooms.

The houses are situated off an attractive private driveway with a very appealing landscaping scheme, which this gives this small development a very exclusive feel.
