Kingswood successfully enhanced the permission to include offices, more flats and a few houses.

The entrance to the site is the location of a very attractive block of small office units, and there is a cul-de-sac with a mixture of houses and flats. There is a large block of flats at the end of the site overlooking a delightful charming stream.
